  Dr. Bear was very friendly, knowledgeable, and showed a genuine interest in finding the cause of my issue. He took time to explain preliminary inclinations and the potential outcome of each, respectively.   I watch everything. When I'm learning a new exercise I close my eyes in order to focus on my own healing. I noticed that patients are seldom left without someone to assist them. After each patient leaves at the end of their session the beds/tables are wiped down and the pillow cases are changed. I'm seasoned so everyone looked young to me and yet they were knowledgeable and willing to learn more. They would bring water to elders and truly cared about people. The room is large. Everyone worked as a team. Awesome experience.

  This being my first visit to your facility, I found your location and office areas to be a very convenient and pleasant experience. All office personnel that I interreacted with were very professional and cheerful. Dr. Bear was very patient and professional as he took the time to explain to me the nature and treatment for my injury (a situation you don't often get to experience in a doctor's office these days). The patient portal concept is a great feature! Sure beats sitting there in the office filling out consent and medical history forms on your first visit.

  I loved the new chairs, soft colors, and the decor. It was very relaxing. Dr. Bear has a unique ability to HEAR his patient, not just go through the motions of “listening.” He’s comprehensive in his explanation of what is occurring, AND the options to consider. He encourages his patient to participate in his/her treatment plan. Finally, he doesn’t waste any of our time. The appointments move quickly. I have already referred two friends to Dr. Bear 🐻 for new knees!

Dr Bear is a very kind patient dr. Very thorough and takes the time to explain everything, i feel very comfortable and full informed about the procedures he has performed on my knee. I am very pleased i was blessed to be referred to him i went from terrible pain in both knees using a walker, then a cane, now i can amble around without the cane sometimes. i am getting a knee replacement i'm sure i will be walking and getting some of my activity back. Its been two years and i have made great progress from the beginning to now. I'm so greatful im losing weight because of my increased mobility all because of his great care and treatment.

  The check-in process worked great. With each of the courteous, efficient office personnel all I had to do was drop a smile and it was immediately returned to me. Five minute wait for the Doctor (60 min at my "first opinion"). Doctor patiently explained things well. Answered all my questions. Sent me home feeling better than when I arrived (shot to the shoulder, the first opinion doc didn't even suggest). I actually look forward to my future visits (well, maybe not so much to surgery, if needed).
