Biography
Brenda received her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Brenda is a self-motivated hard worker and high achiever and has consistently proven her talents from an early age being a successful athlete (racing motorcycles in Enduro sports) to treating professional athletes. Brenda has been using cutting edge techniques in the field of physical therapy; such as: Smart Cuffs: Blood Flow Restriction certification; KinesioTex Tape, and IASTM tools. Her experience ranges from developing specialized programs to include: dynamic stretches, lectures on injury prevention, wounded warrior pilot program, wounded warrior sport specific programs; as well as, soldiers qualifying for the wounded warrior games (similar to the Olympics). Brenda reviews various diagnostic tests such as (MRI, X-rays, EMG, and Bone Scans). She has also reviewed articles for the American Journal of Sports Medicine.
